1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the RAM&DRAGON website and the purchase of products from us. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. RAM&DRAGON (ABN 42 551 676 509) is based and operated in New South Wales, Australia.

2. Products

We sell physical clothing and goods and may in future offer digital products (including free and paid downloads). Product descriptions and images are as accurate as possible. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price at the time of your order is the price you will be charged.

4. Orders and payment

By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the product. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. We do not store your payment details.

5.Shipping

We ship physical goods within Australia. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout. We use Australia Post and other carriers as appropriate. Once your order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.

We are not liable for lost or damaged parcels once they have been handed to the carrier. If you experience an issue with delivery, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

6. Returns and refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind on physical goods. For digital products, due to their nature, all sales are final unless the product is faulty or not as described.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We will review your request and work with you in good faith to resolve the matter in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

7. Digital Products

Where we offer digital products (including free downloads), these are provided for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell digital products without our written permission.

8. Intellectual property

All content on the RAM&DRAGON website — including text, images, logos, and design — is the intellectual property of RAM&DRAGON unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or use our content without prior written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RAM&DRAGON is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services purchased.

10.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
